Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a Backend Development Team Leader to manage our team of developers, ensuring a smooth transition from concept to launch.
Responsibilities:
Guide and mentor a team of software developers, offering technical leadership and support.
Provide the team with best practices for designing, developing, and deploying iGaming software solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical domains.
Participate in code reviews
Perform regular evaluations and offer constructive feedback to team members.
Requirements:
Knowledge of the iGaming industry essential
Proven experience as a Team Lead or Senior Developer
+5 years of expertise in developing Python applications with high load
Excellent leadership and team management skills
At least Intermediate English language proficiency
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
