HR Specialist

ULTIMAR is a fully integrated shipping and trading company with offices in the UAE, Greece, and Cyprus. Now we are searching for a HR Specialist to join us in Athens (Greece).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various positions;
• Assist in updating and developing internal policies and procedures;
• Maintain employee records in HRIS and process paperwork efficiently;
• Handle day-to-day HR coordination and maintenance of all HR activities;
• Support employees in various HR-related topics.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of relevant experience;
• Higher education in Personnel Management or similar field;
• Experience with HiBob System is an advantage;
• Knowledge of Greek Migration requirements is an advantage;
• Fluent Russian and English;
• Multi-tasking skill in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent communication skills.
