Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, annual, and other periodic reports, as well as other one-off reports on demand
-
Perform ad hoc reports and provide analysis support as needed
-
Develop analysis and presentations for senior management
-
Analyze current business performance and make recommendations for improvement
-
Provide accurate reporting and analysis of performance against historical data and budget to facilitate decision-making
-
Support DC management, legal management, and financial management-related issues
-
Support the development and implementation of different projects in the collection area
-
Put forward proposals for necessary actions to improve the company’s financial and/or other indexes
-
Develop and monitor collection KPIs (Recovery Rate, PTP and KeptPTP, Gross Efficiency, etc.)
- Higher education: Economics, Social sciences, Computer sciences
- Required fluent English. Desirable Russian and Latvian
- SQL: Any dialects (MySQL, PgSQL, MsSQL)
- Problem solving, critical thinking. Competence in cognitive biases and logical fallacies
- Python. Data analysis, pandas, numpy, scipy, statsmodels, seaborn, matplotlib etc.
