Обязанности:
  • Organization and coordination of office processes and administrative tasks.
  • Documentation management, organization of meetings and negotiations.
  • Communication with clients and partners of the company.
  • Processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Preparation of reports and other administrative materials.
  • Organization of business trips for company employees.
  • Control over maintaining order and working conditions in the office.
Требования:
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Arabic (written and spoken) is a MUST.
  • Experience in a similar position for at least 1 year.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with office equipment and programs (MS Office).
  • Responsibility, attentiveness, ability to work in a team.
  • Readiness to learn and develop in an international environment.
