Evertech is a software engineering company empowering SaaS startups in the US and Europe to scale their teams. We have a strong resource presence in Uzbekistan and a few other regions to ensure we provide the top quality service to our clients.

Why We Need You:

We're expanding in the US and European markets and need a Sales Representative based in Uzbekistan to work with the CEO, managing CRM leads, structuring outreach, collaborating with our ads team, setting up automated campaigns, and managing targeted lists (Gmail, LinkedIn, Zapier, Instantly, Apollo). Expect significant lead organization, research, follow-up, and outreach.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and follow up on CRM leads in collaboration with the CEO.
  • Structure and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the online ads team on lead management.
  • Develop automated outreach campaigns (Instantly, Zapier).
  • Organize and manage targeted prospect lists.
  • Research potential clients for personalized outreach.
  • Present Evertech's staff augmentation and project-based services.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Understand client needs and propose solutions.
  • Work with the CEO to negotiate and close deals to meet targets.
  • Maintain CRM records.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in technology services sales (IT outsourcing preferred).
  • Understanding of the US and European SaaS startup ecosystem.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build client relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Experience using CRM software.
  • Familiarity with Gmail, LinkedIn, Zapier, Instantly, and Apollo is a plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is essential for communicating with US and European clients.
