Legal Support Specialist

Our partner the large developer is looking for a Legal Support Specialist to join their team.

Overview

The Legal Support Specialist position is critical within our B2B and B2C company, focusing on the handling and management of sensitive information. This role involves extensive coordination with various internal teams, including Client Support, Product Development, Technical Support, and more. The ideal candidate will have graduated from a legal university or have at least 1 year of experience in the legal field. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Sensitive Information Management: Handle and protect sensitive information in
  compliance with company policies and legal standards;
• Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with Client Support, Product, Technical Support, and other departments to ensure seamless legal support and information flow;
• Legal Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage legal documents and contracts to ensure they meet legal and regulatory requirements;
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with current laws and regulations affecting the company’s operations and ensure compliance across all departments;
• Issue Resolution: Provide legal assistance and advice to internal teams to resolve issues and mitigate risks;
• Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of company
  policies and procedures related to legal matters;
• Training and Education: Conduct training sessions for employees on legal practices and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Key Attributes:

• Educational Background: Must be a graduate from a legal university/faculty or
  have at least 1 year of experience in the legal field;
• Experience: Previous experience in a legal support role within a corporate setting is preferred;
• Skills:
