Manage projects, oversee execution, and report progress to management.
Coordinate activities between different departments and track task completion.
Establish the project’s organizational structure and distribute responsibilities among team members.
Develop and regularly update the overall project plan, ensuring timely and quality execution.
Organize project meetings, maintain an issue list, and track problem resolution.
Handle emergencies related to project implementation, communicate with clients and partners.
Control budget spending and ensure financial compliance.
Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
Proficiency in Chinese or English– strong communication skills.
Knowledge of automotive industry operations – practical experience or deep understanding of manufacturing and operational processes in this field.
At least 3 years of project management experience.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Proficiency in Office, Project, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
Ability to mentor and guide team members.
