Head of Affiliates Hiring for Gambling Startup

We're on the lookout for a skilled and motivated professional to help grow and scale the affiliate side of our exciting casino and sportsbook brand. If you're passionate about affiliate marketing and ready to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within affiliate marketing.

• Experience with brands is a big plus!

• Proven success in European markets, especially in Portugal, Poland, Uzbekistan, Germany, the Baltic States, and other European countries.

Your Skill Set:

• A strong network of partners using RS, Hybrid, and Fix models (Note: CPA is currently paused until processes are optimized).

• Experience with launching in new markets and seeing real success.

• Ability to build and lead a department focused on traffic acquisition using the RS model.

• Proven experience working with influencers, social media teams, SEO, PPC/ASO teams, and review sites.

• Deep understanding of traffic metrics, analysis, and performance tracking.

• A data-driven approach to making tactical improvements and leveraging insights from the analytics team.
