A company specializing in the selection, purchase, renovation, furnishing and management of premium apartments is looking for a proactive and initiative Direct Booking Manager to develop partnerships and attract new clients through key sales channels.

Your key responsibiliries:

  • Development and implementation of strategies to increase direct bookings
  • Monitoring and analyzing price offers on the market
  • Updating and maintaining information about available apartments on the website
  • Organizing payment and booking processes
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve the quality of services
  • Participation in planning events and promotions to attract new customers

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in attracting traffic for direct bookings
  • Practical experience with various types of rentals: short-term, medium-term and long-term
  • International experience in direct bookings
  • Essential experience in the Holiday Homes industry
  • English proficiency at C1 level
