Chief Editor (Indonesian and English)

We’re looking for a Chief Editor to lead a team of AI trainers (editors who help Yandex’s neural networks generate accurate and useful responses to user queries). You will be responsible for managing editorial workflows, reviewing and editing responses, and conducting thorough fact-checking

Tasks that await you

• Task 1. Team management: You will lead a team of six AI trainers, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Task 2. Content creation and editing: You will review and edit texts from other authors, create guidelines, and contribute your own content
• Task 3. Fact-checking: You will verify facts across a wide range of topics to ensure the accuracy of AI-generated responses

We expect that you

• Are a native or fluent speaker of Indonesian with strong cultural knowledge
• Have advanced English proficiency (C1–C2)
• Have basic Russian proficiency (A2) to accept the agreement offer
• Have proven experience in editorial leadership, ideally in teams with formal fact-checking processes
• Are confident working on multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Possess excellent writing, editing, and feedback skills
• Are open to discussing editorial decisions and giving constructive feedback
• Have experience in linguistics or philology (teaching experience is a plus)
• Have a computer running Windows 10 or macOS 10.12+ and a stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps)
