Business Analyst (Pricing ERP)

• Responsible for requirements preparation for Pricing ERP solution:
  Product/Price Lists/ SKU catalogues
  Pricing process, interconnection with other systems like CRM
• Write Functional Requirements Documents, participate in document reviews with Business and Development teams
• Responsible for generate solution concepts in consultation with Analysts and Development teams
• Provide industry and solution leadership at every stage, and act as a trusted advisor to the stakeholders throughout the relationship.
• Help identify, assess, document potential data sources and flows, and analyze existing business structures to determine relevance to business needs
• Document user acceptance test plans
• Design reports and databases for business users
• Work cooperatively with developers during the development life cycle to ensure that business requirements guide the development life cycle

Work experience:

• 3 years on Business Analyst position in an IT company (preferably)
• 2 years of experience in IT Consulting
• 1 year of experience in system integration/development

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Experience modelling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques
• Strong situational analysis and decision making abilities
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Strong and effective facilitation, stakeholder interviewing and presentation skills
• Exceptional communication and soft skills
• English language (upper-intermediate and higher)
