Matching Administrator

We are inviting a Matching Administrator to join our Data Enrichment team.

The Matching Administrator is responsible for a variety of tasks related to the product coding dimensions in Profitero’s database which underpin our software and ensures our client accounts work in a manner which meets their objectives. This role requires day-to-day cross- departmental collaboration; high attention to detail, decision making and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Ability to work with large amounts of data and perform detailed and accurate analysis;
• Excellent PC Skills including Excel pivot tables and functions;
• Ability to prioritise, attentiveness to details;
• Excellent communication skills (including a good standard of written and spoken English);
• Ability to work in a matrix structure and inspire high team spirit;
• Adherence to agreed team procedures and delivery of implementations on time, to the agreed specification and timings;
• We consider candidates only from Belarus.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create / update the product coding dimension of the database, ensuring data integrity and quality;
• Research / validate attributes assigned to products to ensure they are correctly coded and placed within the client’s database. Leverage a variety of sources of information such as:
  ○ Internet research
  ○ Profitero In-house research applications
  ○ Profitero collected data
  ○ Partner agency information
  ○ Information provided by the client
• Ensure all products assigned to a given database & account have the same characteristics according to the pre-defined criteria;
• Ensure all deadlines are met and any risks proactively escalated and communicated;
• Follow the Data Enrichment Team’s best practices for all matching tasks at all times;
• Carry out specific QC processes to ensure the team’s output is of the required quality;
• Identify gaps or inconsistencies in pre-defined rules and resolve any issues;
• Providing regular status updates to ensure that the project milestones are being met;
• Take ownership for your own knowledge enhancement related to e-commas and data
  processing;
• Discuss with other team members complex cases to develop the best team approach;
• Help to onboard and develop new team members;
