Job Description: Training Manager / Learning and Development Specialist

Location: Dubai, UAE – Ras Al Khor, Dubai Festival City, Festival Tower

Work Experience: 3-6 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule: 5/2 (5 working days, 2 days off)

Working Hours: 8 hours per day

Work Format: On-site

Responsibilities:

- Conduct training sessions for sales staff on service standards, sales techniques, and product range.

- Provide post-training support and follow-up for employees.

- Organize and conduct evaluation activities.

- Mentor and support new employees and trainers during their probation period.

- Prepare reports on training outcomes and employee performance evaluations.

- Plan career and professional development paths for employees.

- Develop and adapt training materials and methodologies.

- Organize training sessions and assessment activities.

Requirements:

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree.

- Additional certification or courses in personnel training and development.

Work Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (Training Manager or Learning and Development Specialist).

- Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or retail industry is preferred.

- Knowledge of the GCC market and cultural specifics of the region is a plus.

Professional Skills:

- Strong communication skills.

- Ability to design and adapt training programs.

- Excellent presentation and training delivery skills.

- Analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

- Knowledge of modern adult learning techniques (e.g., gamification, coaching, mentoring).

Language Skills:

- Fluent in English (C1 level – both written and spoken).

- Russian at B1–B2 level.

- Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Personal Qualities:

- Proactive and self-motivated.

- Flexible and adaptable to fast-changing environments.

- High emotional intelligence.

- Strong intercultural communication skills and respect for cultural diversity.

- Willingness to travel within the region (UAE: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah; Qatar: Doha).
