Head of sales

Requirements:

• Experience in sales for 5 years
• Experience in managing a sales department for at least 3 years
• Experience in any CRM systems, Excel
• Ability to conduct sales analytics
• Knowledge of the construction market
• Ability to form regulations and rules
• Georgian (proffesional proficiency or native) and English language (B2)
• Sociability, flexibility, motivation for achievement, leadership qualities, decision-making skills.
