Job Summary: Customer service specialist is responsible for sales processing flow providing on time and in full information based on upcoming requests. The role involves permanent communication with clients identifying their needs and resolving their problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat;
- Understanding customer needs and recommending products or services that best meet those needs;
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers;
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance;
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities;
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions;
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings;
- Collaborating with sales team members and other departments to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals;
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved;
- Gather customer feedback and share with Sales and Marketing teams
